Sage and apple cider vinegar hair rinse

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • A handful of fresh sage/ 2 tablespoon. dried sage
  • 2 cups water

You will also need a tea kettle, a bowl, a funnel, and a cruet bottle

Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil, and pour it over your herbs. Steep for 15-20 minutes. Use some of your sage tea to relieve sore throat. Remember to sweeten it with honey. Strain the tea, and pour in the sugar. Transfer the liquid into a cruet bottle. It eases the application.

Use:
Use the sage rinse after shampooing your hair. Do not stress about the vinegar odor, it will be gone in a minute. You can catch the liquid in a basin, and reapply it once again. Squeeze out the excess liquid, and cover your hair in a towel. Use this rinse frequently, and enjoy your new hair shade.
