Ingredients:

  • 4 – 6 tablespoons of fresh oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon natural raw honey
  • 2 ½ cups water

Preparation:

First, you need to boil some water in a small pan. In the meantime, slice the oregano leaves and when the water starts boiling, add them to the pan. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes and then remove the pan from the heat and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. After that, strain it, add the honey and consume it hot.
